My photo
Our life is full of wonderful, chaotic, blessed, hysterical, insane, magical, sad, scary, sweet, mind boggling, moments. While balancing life with 3 cherubs, parents, sisters, BIL, In-laws, 1 teaching career, and many good friends; I find that our life is moving far toooo fast. It is important to cherish and record the moments as we consistently try to balance our scale (God forbid I make a photo album)! MB

What has changed?

It's only been 100 years since the last post. I know... you have been holding your breath. LOL! So, there is a pandemic. Were you aware? You'd think we would be immune to trauma since we survived Trump during his four years of "Presidency", but here you have it. We are all still experiencing a different trauma. That's right. In my little own family we have (knocked on wood) skirted the Corona virus SO FAR, however, we have: brought our study abroad child home early, assured our last year's HS senior that it OK that he missed all senior events (including graduation), and somehow got our current senior motivated enought to survive school online enough to get into college. As for teaching, well it is just hard to describe. Kids in person while online at the same time. That is a WHOLE other post. My brain is fried and so is my ability to cope normally. Having said that, I love my family, love my friends, and will stop at nothing to help my students. So, what has changed? Sanity.
